“Oh, the weather outside is frightful, but the fire is so delightful”… and I’m dreaming of a summer camping trip. There are avalanche warnings on all of the local mountains so I’m sitting here fantasizing about all of the different summer outdoor camps we’ve enjoyed. This year Conny and I will be treating Aero to her very own dogs tent. We have found the perfect one. It has a detachable floor for easy cleaning and a clear side window so she can see out. It is freestanding and set-up will be a breeze. The flap door can be rolled up for great ventilation or let down for weather protection. This tent will give Aero shade for when it’s hot and sunny out (I remember when it used to be hot and sunny. Seems like a long, long time ago.) and shelter for when it showers. I think if it was raining we would have to put it under a tarp because it doesn’t come with a rain fly, but that’s no problem. This dogs tent is called the REI Adventure Dog Tent and it will be perfect to put her REI Adventure Dog Bed in. To round out the collection, I think we’ll get the REI Adventure Dog Bowl, too. Aero deserves her own matching camping and hiking outdoor gear that includes her very own portable dog water bowl. Isn’t it’s great that there is all this dogs camping and hiking outdoor gear available? I had no idea. Check it out.
